Shipping Rates

PAZZION is committed to ensuring that you receive your order at the earliest in compliance with the regulatory framework of the destination country. Handling and tax fees may be applicable as your order gets custom clearance.

PAZZION has no control of these fees which may vary from country to country and shall not be held responsible for any delays arising from the actions of the authorities at the delivery destination. You are advised to check with the local custom office on relevant charges before you place an order.

Standard Local Delivery

At PAZZION, we provide free local shipping to Singapore. With standard local delivery, all orders placed on Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) will be delivered within 2-3 working days after payment verification. For orders placed on the weekends and public holidays, it will be processed on the next working day*.

*Working days refer to Mondays to Fridays.

International Delivery

At PAZZION, we aim to keep international shipping as affordable and fuss-free as possible. We make every effort to process and deliver your orders as soon as we can as we understand that getting your items quickly is important to you.

Shipments outside Singapore may be subjected to import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. If your order requires any import charges, payment has to be made on your end for your package to be cleared from custom.
